I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. From the outset, the experience was handled with the utmost professionalism, notwithstanding the fact that I had several questions and wanted to fully understand my options before proceeding.

Charlotte, in particular, sets an exceptional standard. She is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough in her approach. She takes the time to clearly explain each treatment, why it is recommended, and, crucially, what realistic expectations should be. This instils immediate confidence and removes any uncertainty from the decision-making process.

I had the best experience getting my lips done for the first time here. Charlotte took the time to explain everything, made me feel completely comfortable, she has an amazing eye for detail. She focused on balancing my profile rather than overfilling, and focused on natural results highly recommend !!

I have been thinking of getting Botox for some time but was hesitant to go to just anyone…Charlotte saw me for a consultation and instantly put me at ease! She really knows the structure and anatomy of the facial muscles and made it a priority to talk about the science behind it all, she really knows her stuff!

Onto the procedure a couple weeks later and it was so quick and pain free…dare I say I actually found it relaxing her technique is that good! I had no issues in smiling for her to find the lines I wanted treating, as Charlotte is also so funny I spent most of my appointment laughing! (10/10 banter)

A week on and I’m blown away by the results she has given me, she even cancelled my top up appointment as the Botox had taken perfectly.

Charlotte at Hilltop Aesthetics is exceptional. There's not enough words to explain how good she is. Shes highly trained and experienced, and this shows in everything she does. She's not like other people trained in aesthetics, she's not one to overfill just for the money. She takes pride in everything she does. She will talk you through every procedure thoroughly making sure you're both happy with what's involved. After doing lots of research on what I want doing I'm so pleased I picked Charlotte she's the only person i trust for my procedures. Absolutely amazing.
