Charlotte is amazing at what she does. She is so patient, understanding and warming. She takes time with her treatments to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. If you struggle with needles she has great ways to put your mind at ease to make the treatment a lot easier for you and takes as many breaks as you need without any doubt. Having been to a different aesthetics lady before hand who rushed everything, wasn’t patient or understanding and was just in it for the money… Charlotte is completely the opposite to that and really pays attention to detail and takes her time to ensure the results that you want are achieved. If Charlotte thinks you don’t need it, she will tell you, she cares about you as a person not your money. Wouldn’t recommend anybody else

Charlotte is amazing at what does but not only that she is so approachable and sincere. Her work is never rushed, she takes her time to really listen and understand what it is you’re hoping to achieve and won’t hesitate to say If she thinks you don’t need a treatment or would benefit more from an alternative. I’ve seen an aesthetics practitioner in the past who I’ve since realised primary motivation was to make money and the experience with Charlotte is completely different. She really wants for you to feel your best & her attention to detail couldn’t be better. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charlotte, she’s the best out there in every aspect!

This is my first experience of any kind of treatment as i am 55 and starting to notice how different my skin is.
It was amazing I was made to feel totally relaxed in a very friendly environment.
We had a chat first and then she discussed my options, no pressure at all !
It was a very relaxed session, and she talked through on what she was doing during the treatment advising what each one would help.
I know feel a lot more vibrant people have commented on how well my skin looks.
I was then advised on how to help the treatment at home, the advice really helps.
